Annie Lennox
Annie Lennox, born 25th December 1954, in Aberdeen Scotland. Dorothy Farquharson, and Thomas Allison Lennox were her parents. Lennox was a flute, piano and harpsichord in the Royal Academy of Music London for three years during the 1970s. Lennox survived off the stipend of a student as well as working part-time to help supplement her income. Lennox decided to change her career path after she became dissatisfied by her inexperience and lack of talent comparison with the other Royal Academy students. Lennox joined a group called Dragons Playground as the flute player in 1976. She left the band before the band went to I.T.V.s talent competition New Faces. Between 1977 and 1980, she sang in The Tourists. A British pop group. The band was where she made friends with Dave Stewart and together they created their duo Eurythmics. Lennox was later able to release her first solo album Diva. This came out in 1992. The album was a massive achievement with regard to the sales as well as the critical acclaim. Nostalgia Lennox's sixth solo record was released in November 2014. This C.D. Lennox chose her favorite blues and soul from childhood. Lepidoptera was released by Lennox on the 19th of May 2019. The collection comprising four tracks that were composed by Lennox. The E.P. The first single from her debut album"Now I Letting You Go... It is the soundtrack to her exhibit of artwork at the Massachusetts Museum of Contemporary Art. Annie Lennox was born in 1954 on the 25th of December. She is a philanthropist, activist as well as a performer. The Tourists had a minor popularity in the latter part of the 1970s. Lennox and Dave Stewart, a fellow musician, went on to gain international recognition in the 1980s with the Eurythmics. The year 1992 was the year Lennox launched a solo career, releasing her debut album Diva which yielded numerous successful tracks, including Why and Walking on Broken Glass.
